1   Compositions and properties

Polyurethane heat resistant anticorrosion paintis two-component packaging, which is mainly composed of hydroxyl resin and heat resistant polyurethane modified by isocyanides polymerization as the main film material, adding heat resistance anticorrosion pigment, additives, curing agent and other components of the bottom, face paint. It has effect of the heat temperature difference flash degeneration, but long range as 300 °C, and excellent heat corrosion performance, acid and alkali resistance, salt-water resistance. Besides, it can resist all kinds of chemical atmosphere, room temperature curing, quick drying and good adhesion.

 

2   Applications

 

It is widely used in in metallurgy, chemical, mechanical and electrical, mechanical industries metal surface heat corrosion, blast furnace stove in the outer wall and inner wall, the flue, exhaust pipes, heating furnace, heat exchanger and other metal surface temperature is widely used, the effect is remarkable.

4   Scheme and attentions

(1) Superficial treatment should be done before construction to remove the rust, oxide coating, oil stain, etc. Mechanical derusting the surface of the steel needs St2 degree, Derusting by sandblasting needs Sa2.5 degree. (The more descaling, the better anticorrosive.)

(2) Packaging and ratio: the bottom, top paint: two-components packaging, Group A: paint liquid 20 kg, Group B: curing agent 5 kg , 4:1 (weight ratio) mixture and use after stir age of 20 minutes.

(3) Suggested coating times: a primer, two to three top paints, depending on the thickness required.

(4) Shelf life: 12 months.

 

5   Safety precautions

 

(1). Paint should be put in the ventilation and dry place, away from the fire, avoid direct sunlight.

(2). Open flame is strictly prohibited in the construction site.

(3). Ventilation should be emphasized in a closed place during construction. The construction person should wear protective equipment to avoid poisonous.

(4). Before the film is fully dry or solidification, protection measures should be used to avoid the rain shower and trampled.
