1   Compositions and properties

It is composed of alkyd resin, Aluminum powder slurry, solvent etc. The silver alkyd turbine paint includes A and B, which is two-component packaged. The temperature of engine oil resistance and hot resistance could reach 150°C.

It is widely used in the cabin engine and other mechanical devices, smokestack wall, radiator etc. which is often in the oil or high temperature.

4   Scheme and attentions

(1)     Ratio: one package (Silver, Group A:B = 4:1)

(2)     Aging time: Could be used after mixing

(3)     Coating method: high-pressure airless spray, brush, and roller.

(4)     Thinner and dosage: P-type Alkyd paint diluter <5%

(5)     Coating time: 10~25°C: at least 48~24 hours, Above 25°C, at least 20 hours

(6)     Proposed coating times: high-pressure airless spray for two times, the thickness of dry film could reach 60um

(7)     The preceding supporting coating: HW inorganic zinc-rich primer
